Dr. Wall is committed to Care to Learn's mission of providing immediate funding to meet emergent needs in the areas of health, hunger, and hygiene so every student can be successful in school. As Liaison for the Bolivar Chapter, Dr. Wall works within the Bolivar R-I School District to ensure student’s basic needs are being met and to raise funds to ensure Care to Learn – Bolivar continues its mission. Amber serves as one of the Liaisons for the Bolivar Chapter while assisting Bolivar Schools Superintendent, Dr. Tony Berry. Amber works within the Bolivar R-I School District to ensure student’s basic needs are being met so students can be successful in school. "Be Great"

A native of Stockton, Missouri, Dr. Tony Berry graduated from Stockton High School before completing his undergraduate, masters, specialist, and a doctorate of educational administration at Southwest Baptist University in 2015. Dr. Tony Berry started his career out at Warsaw Public Schools where he was a science teacher for three years, High School Assistant Principal for three years, Elementary Principal for eight years, transportation director and Head Football and Track Coach. He also served as the Branson Schools activities Director from 2007-2014. Later Berry served as the Assistant Superintendent at School of the Osage from 2014-2017. Today, Dr. Tony Berry serves as the Bolivar R-1 School Superintendent since July 2017. Dr. Tony Berry stresses the importance of what Care to Learn stands for. He fully supports filling student’s emergent needs anonymously and immediately to maintain their dignity.
