It's HAPPENING! Demolition and construction will officially start in July! This means we're still on target to move into our permanent home (1730 E. Portland), late next spring. How exciting is that?!
Key Building Updates:
- We're putting the finishing touches on our final renderings and can't wait to share them later this summer. Keep an eye out for these!
- As we continue refining the project budget, HVAC costs have come in higher than anticipated. We also confirmed the need for asbestos remediation, which aligns with our initial expectations.
- We're working to fund a dedicated building and maintenance fund, providing contingency support for maintenance and operating expenses over the next two years.
