Board President

Dr. Tom Prater joined the Care to Learn Governing Board in July 2020. Dr. Prater practices at Mattax-Neu-Prater Eye Center. He enjoys staying involved in his community and has served on the board of Springfield Public Schools, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.
