Jhasmine Watson serves as the Director of Operations & Administration for Care to Learn. She joined the organization in May 2016 and has truly made her mark. Prior to her role as Director of Operations, Jhasmine served in a multitude of capacities for Care to Learn, including Administrative Coordinator, Operations Manager, and Deputy Director.
Jhasmine is a graduate of Missouri State University and is an active member of the community, serving on the Mayor's Commission for Children Advisory Council and the Leadership Springfield Board, and having served as a Board Member for the Springfield Regional Arts Council, Springfield Little Theater, and a Founding Board Member for the Springfield Tech Council. She has also served on the Leadership Council for the Springfield Chamber's The Network for Young Professionals and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for Leadership Springfield. She is a member of the Southwest Missouri Grant Writers Association and a member of the local Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
In 2021 she was featured in the Springfield Business Journal's 90 Ideas in 90 Minutes.
Jhasmine is passionate about her 4 cats and thoroughly enjoys the sport of finding the perfect gift for those she cares deeply about.
