Jill Rea joined the Care to Learn team in 2024 and currently serves as the Partnerships and Volunteer Manager. Jill's background is in higher education, and she most recently worked for a local community college, supporting students as they navigate the world of higher education.
When asked why she loves the Care to Learn team, she shared, "I love everything about Care to Learn: the leadership, the team, the work environment, the incredible commitment to Missouri communities, and the impact Care to Learn makes on students' lives daily."
Jill is a member of Class 3 of the 417 Re/Markable Program. When she is not working, she enjoys floral design and live music.

"Mrs. Montgomery, 4th grade. She was so kind and fun, and we read so many incredible books that year. This began my love for reading."
