Katherine Petty

Katherine joined Care to Learn in August 2024 as the Office Manager, where she supported daily operations and helped create a positive, efficient workplace. In November 2024, she transitioned to Executive Administrative Assistant, supporting the leadership team with scheduling, communications, and cross-team coordination. Known for her organization and dedication, Katherine is a key contributor to Care to Learn’s mission.

Katherine graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development, with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. She spent many years working with children and families in education. More recently, before joining Care to Learn, she worked in the professional organizing industry.
 

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband, Jamie.

Favorite Teacher:

"3rd grade, Mrs. Walker. She noticed I was struggling with reading and took the time to provide extra support, helping me improve and build confidence."
 

Care to Learn Memory: 
 

One of her favorite memories was watching the Care to Learn team come together to put on Thursday Night Lights School Soirée 2024. She was truly impressed by the overwhelming support our community showed.
