Krystal Simon

Krystal Simon is the CEO of Care to Learn and started with the organization in July 2021. Krystal comes to Care to Learn from her role as Chief Operating Officer of Barnabas Foundation and has also worked with Springfield Little Theatre and SRC Holdings Corp.

Krystal holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Drury University. In 2022 she was named one of the Springfield Business Journal's "12 People You Need to Know." She was also recognized as “Top Sales and Marketing Executive” by SBJ in 2018 and in 2006, one of Springfield Business Journal’s “20 Most Influential Women." She currently serves on the board for Arvest Bank.

In her free time, Krystal likes to spend time at Table Rock Lake with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She is passionate about impacting her community and helping children in need.
