Chelsea Orr

Chelsea Orr joined the Care to Learn team in June 2025 and supports Chapters as a Chapter Services Manager. She was an elementary teacher for eight years in various Missouri public schools. Having seen firsthand the health, hunger, and hygiene needs of students in her own classroom, she is eager to support Care to Learn’s mission and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.

Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Educational Technology, which she is set to complete in December 2025. When she’s not in the office or working on school assignments, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and their cat, Bandit, as well as with family and friends.

“My aunt, Robin Green, who taught in Clever for her entire career. Seeing someone from my own family have a successful teaching career inspired me to pursue the profession as well. During my first teaching job in Clever, I became acquainted with Care to Learn and had students who benefited from our services. Having the opportunity to work at Care to Learn now is a full-circle moment for me, returning to the roots of my teaching journey.”
