Sarah Hough joined the Care to Learn Governing Board in July 2022. She is the Senior Manager of Community Affairs and Diversity Outreach for Bass Pro Shops. Sarah leads Community Affairs and Diversity Outreach for Bass Pro Shops, North America’s premier outdoor retailer and conservation company. In her role, she is responsible for developing and leading the company’s philanthropic giving and community outreach programs. She currently manages national partnerships and programs designed to inspire the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts – including a pilot program with the National Wildlife Federation and YMCA to implement an outdoors-based curriculum in after-school care programs in 14 cities.
